Server feature stealth for all classes:
Character Skill EditsSpecial: Herbalists will recieve 200 Skill Points when recieving Skill Booster from Newbie BoxCleric:Energy Shield will take 5 Hp(instead of the orignal 3 HP) damage for every 1 Sp
Spiritual Bolt Will now have a cool down of 2 sec(original is 3 sec)
Sealmaster:Abyss Mire: Severly reduced target Movespeed by up to 80%
Cursed Fire: Significantly improved reduction effect of target Def
Spiritual Bolt Will now have a cool down of 2 sec(original is 3 sec)
Voyager: No longer requires coral
Conch Ray: Reduced Cool Down by 1 sec
Lightning Bolt: Reduced Cool Down by 1 sec (Considering a Slow effect TBD)
Sharpshooter:Enfeeble Skill: Damage increases 100 Points per lvl.. Does 1100 base damage at lvl 10 instead of (200 dmg)
